So you are engaged to be married. Congratulations! You've booked your venue, bought your wedding dress and chose your florist; now you need to tick the catering company off your checklist. That's where we come in.


Here at Isle of Wight Caterers, we understand that your wedding day is one of the most important days in your life.

We also understand that it can be an extremely stressful event to organise, which is where our knowledge and expertise comes in. We will work closely with you, every step of the way, to put together a catering menu that is tailored to your preferences and your wedding budget. Whilst delivering an exceptional service, that is above and beyond, from the moment you make contact, through to the end of your wedding reception. As one of the leading catering companies on the Isle of Wight, you can relax, knowing your catering is in capable hands. Frequently asked questions:

Q: How much does wedding catering cost?

A: This is one of the first questions we get asked, and the answer is that it can vary greatly! The cost is dependant on a few factors. For example: a full service, three course meal with a champagne and canape reception, will cost more per person, than a buffet or BBQ with no reception drinks. The price also varies depending on how many guests you have. So an intimate wedding with 20 diners, will pay more per head, than a wedding of 120. To give you an idea of prices, we have put together a few example menus, which can be found at the bottom of this page.


Q: Can you provide staffing for my wedding?

A: Yes! In addition to a Chef, we can offer: Wedding Co-ordinators, Serving Staff, Bar Staff, KP’s, Toilet Attendants, Room Turnaround Staff and Next Day Cleaners & Waste Disposal.


Q: Can I hire a bar from you?

A: Yes! We can provide a bar with a bartender, or alternatively you can hire the bar unstaffed.

Q: Do you offer menu tasting sessions?

A: Yes we do. If you are undecided on your menu options, or you would like to try a few dishes before committing, we offer menu tasting for groups of up to 8 people.

Q: Do you cater for dietary requirements?

A: Yes we can cater for all dietary needs, just let us know of your requirements. We can create vegetarian and vegan alternatives, as well as catering for any allergies. We also source our meat from a local butcher, who supplies us with some delicious, gluten-free I.O.W meats.  


Q: Our venue does not have any kitchen facilities, can you cater for us?

A: This is not a problem! We have a fully stocked, mobile kitchen trailer which can be transported anywhere! So whether you are planning a summer wedding on a beach, a winter wedding in a mansion, or a spring wedding in a derelict manor house, you can relax in the knowledge that we can provide a sensational feast, regardless of the location!


Please note that all our menu prices are based upon guest numbers of 75 and over. Lower guest numbers will include an additional surcharge.
